The LED backlighting stopped working because my child accidentally turned it off.
I downloaded the keyboard software and re-enabled the LED backlighting. Now, the keyboard is working perfectly again.
Everything is fine. You can delete my previous review, as it was a misunderstanding.

Ordered this last Friday and was honestly surprised to have it in my hands just over a week later now on the next Monday morning. Quickly shipped, tightly wrapped in a bubble sheet, also wrapped and taped up in a shipping bag with my box in tact, nothing compromised. All accessories included in the correct silver color and Gateron switch options, with the board connecting as advertised. Feels incredibly quality for the price I paid, only curious about the software as I would like to customize the screen's pictures. Could do without the led light bar on the left of the directional arrows in favor of a secondary, right-sided alt-key, otherwise literally perfection. Sounds great without mods and beyond smooth right out the box, nearly endless customization capabilites. Even comes with a dust cover. Two Thumbs Up!
Premium quality on a compact keyboard, creamy sound not excessive (milk switches). Definitely an amazing choice.
The keyboard is good. I can't get the software to work but it still works as a keyboard. Types well and feels great when gaming as well. Sounds a little to loud for me at first but got used to it. Bought it on July 2023 and it still works fine

the keyboard it self is great, alright build quality. sounds great and looks great with rgb. though the software kinda sucks so i use the web one. i have no complains really, only some super small niche ones i dont think like anyone cares about and its amazing for the price.
