How much does shipping cost?
We have two shipping methods - Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.
Standard Shipping is free for most countries/areas. When your order is over $45, then we can ship you with free standard shipping.
Express Shipping via Yunexpress Expedited, FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc. Expedited is 25 USD.
Shipping fees exclude import taxes or processing fees applicable to your country. YUNZII is not responsible for any form of such fees. Should you refuse to pay the tax/customs fees, shipping fees will still be deducted from the amount paid for the returned parcel. For parcels that have been destroyed instead of being returned to us, no refund will be processed.
Standard Shipping via YunExpress is a tax-inclusive option for some countries. However, YUNZII will not be responsible for additional administrative or handling fees charged by your local courier company or customs.
For certain remote areas, there may be additional charges via Standard Shipping or Express Shipping. We will contact you if there is a need to.

How long does it take to receive the order after it is placed?
For in-stock products, your order is expected to be shipped within 3 working days. Customized items take a longer time (do check in with our staff for more information). On normal non-sale days, once your parcel is shipped:
- For Standard Shipping, it takes about 2-3 weeks for items to be delivered after it is shipped. For some countries, it might take up to 2-3 months, depending on your country and its custom procedure. The duration of transit is beyond our control. YUNZII does not arrange refunds for such cases. Please consider an upgrade to the Express Shipping method or keep the waiting time in mind.
- For Express Shipping, it takes about 3-7 days for items to be delivered after it is shipped.
Note:
Shipping methods and periods might be affected and changed due to festive seasons, pandemic circumstances, or other unforeseen circumstances.
What happens if the parcel has been shipped but not delivered?
First, kindly contact your local courier using the local tracking number.
- For orders below 45 USD, you may either opt for a one-time reshipment of the parcel OR a full refund.
- For orders above 45 USD, we only process a 50% refund of your order.
Should there be any concern about Standard Shipping, you are encouraged to opt for Express Shipping instead.
Customers are to bear the consequences and fees incurred if the parcel is undelivered due to any of the following situations:
- Wrong/insufficient address or phone number provided by the recipient
- The recipient is unreachable when the courier company tries to contact
- Refusal to sign for the package by the recipient
- Lost or damaged parcel because recipient opted for “no-signature delivery”
- Refusal to pay for the local tax/processing fee by the recipient
- Refusal to provide supporting documents for customs clearance by the recipient
Who does pay for the import tax/customs fees?
Customers have to bear any form of custom/import/processing fees that are applicable to their parcel.
If the customs fees and the delivery of the parcel are rejected by the recipient, the shipping cost still needs to be paid. YUNZII only arranges the refund of the order amount after deducting the shipping cost incurred.
How do I get help with my order?
For faulty/missing items, please email support@yunzii.com to claim the warranty. In your email, please choose an appropriate Subject Title, kindly include your Order Number, and state your issue clearly. Please also attach photographs/videos as “proof”, if any. Our team aims to review your email within 3 working days.
Cancellation or/and modification of orders can only be done manually via our staff, provided that our Warehouse Team has not processed your order. As our Support Team might not be available during non-working days and weekends, please place your order wisely. Should you really need to cancel or/and modify your order after purchase, please contact us via our support email (support@yunzii.com) or website chat. We will help you with the changes if that can be done.

After placing an order, you will receive the order confirmation email. After your order is shipped, you will also receive a tracking email. You can track your order via the tracking number online. I know some of you are sceptic to buy it as it is not one of the top brands, and is shipped and brand from China, but im telling you, this will definitely not disappoint you.
NOTE: I firmly believe that most online brought products have tendencies to deceive you, but most causes of broken products depends on how it was delivered so PLEASE dont always blame the brand.
Okay to the actual review;
What we all wanted, CREAMY AND SUBTLE KEYS
- Yes, as it is advertised, is exactly how it sounds.
NO FAULTY/STICKY KEYS
- I was traumatized by other brands I bought before that was cheap, both wired, and wireless types that always double types the keys. Sometimes not even working--I researched it and its due to how it was programmed itself. It cannot be a PC/Laptop issue as I tried every resolution, none worked.---BUT THIS? Its the best one yet. Tri-Mode, and NO faulty/sticky keys. I am using it right now.
RGB lights? Different modes?? Fully instructed on the manual??? YES.
- We all have prefrerences in terms of color, mode, and lighting, The packaging carries a FULL-COMPLETE MANUAL; how to set it up, FN keys, FAQS, and description of each keys.
PACKAGING: Secured, Simple, Safe, ---- COMPLETE.
- The limit of video uploading is low so I just took screenshots (check my IG: @a3ozs or TikTok: @governmentaicee for a full unboxing and review.) But its neatly packaged, box may have dents but the keyboard is covered inside the box as well so no problemo.
What else to love about it?
- No need for software, the manual HAS it ALL.
- Running it on Bluetooth and wanna know the battery? There's a function on that, where you can see on the Manual.
- Minimal, not to space occupying, but heavy duty.
No regrets at all! Happy BUYING! This brand I highly recommend.
I love it. I’m so happy with my purchase. I got it for my iMac and it works perfectly. Took a few tries to get used to the shortcuts but after that it’s smooth sailing. Love the rgb too and the pink colour is so cute!

it does kinda sucks how it's missing all of the function keys... but the shortcut to transform the num keys to function keys is easy to remember so it's not that bad! and gah DAMN does it sound and feel amazing! holy shit
there's just something magical about these crystal keys. they really do sound like crystal. or ice. or something.
but it gives me this insane urge to type on it even if i have nothing meaningful to type.
that's just how good this keyboard is.
